Welcome to Martin's Driving Academy Stevenage

All lessons are tailored to suit your ability. From the complete beginner, to those of you who may have recently failed a test, or even qualified drivers who may just need a refresher course or help with a particular subject. Your lessons will be based around you and your individual needs.

Being on the register of fully qualified Approved Driving Instructors means that you can rest assured the quality of teaching I offer is of the highest standard. Approved Driving Instructors are subject to regular standards checks by the DVSA, who are also responsible for ensuring full, up-to-date CRB checks are in place. I have also signed up to abide by the Driving Standards Agency Code of Conduct.

Martins Driving Academy Stevenage is committed to giving you the best possible instruction. I am voluntarily signed up to the DVSA’s continued personal development programme, as well as to the Driving Standards Agency’s ADI’s Code Of  Practice. Both support my ongoing commitment to maintaining standards and giving great service.

Whilst I cover many of the surrounding areas being based in Stevenage I would consider myself an expert in my knowledge of the local roads, especially those used if you are taking your test in Stevenage

My current vehicle used for instruction is a diesel fuelled Ford Fiesta Zetec, with a 5 speed manual gearbox. The car is an ideal instructional car with excellent manoeuvrability and visibility. Fitted with all modern accessories with the additional instructional aid of the He Man dual control system for your added safety.
